グローバル化の進展等とともに、大学教育の質の高度化が求められています。これに伴い、大学教員には研究以外にも様々な能力が求められており、大学教員をいかに養成するかについても同時に問われています。本シンポジウムでは、海外および国内の研究大学で先進的に取り組んでいる専門家をお迎えし、多様な役割を担う大学教員をいかに養成していくか、大学教員の養成の在り方や方向性を探ります。
